On Pricing: We're Not Here to Charge You a Fortune

Our pricing logic is simple — we're not chasing massive margins, we just want to make good products. The bulk of what you pay goes into the ingredients and formulation, not fancy marketing. We're not selling luxury. We're selling clean, honest supplements that should be affordable enough to take every day. So the price won't be ridiculously high — but it won't be suspiciously cheap either, because we refuse to cut corners with junk raw materials.

On Shipping: Cross-Border Supplement Delivery Is Trickier Than It Looks

Here's a behind-the-scenes reality most people don't know — shipping dietary supplements across borders is significantly more complex than shipping regular goods.

Right now, your order ships via one of two routes:

• Direct from China: Lower cost, but longer transit. Customs inspection rates for supplements are far higher than for everyday items. Powders and capsules fall into a sensitive category — customs often requires additional documentation like ingredient breakdowns and health certificates, which can occasionally cause delays.

• From an Overseas Warehouse: Faster delivery, stable logistics, and all customs clearance is pre-handled. You barely notice a thing. But warehousing and labor costs are higher, which is why some products may appear slightly more expensive when fulfilled from these locations.

In short: direct shipping saves you money but asks for a bit more patience. Overseas warehouses are faster but cost more to operate. Either way, we're constantly working to make the experience smoother.

What we ask you to understand is this: because supplements are ingestible products, customs authorities in every country will naturally scrutinize them more strictly. This isn't just a "us" problem — it's an entire category reality. If a slight delay happens from time to time, it really isn't because we're careless. But we're not stopping here. Our in-house developed, brand-exclusive formulations are already in the pipeline. Soon you'll start to see truly original Herborigen products — formulas and packaging that are our own flesh and blood, from the inside out.
